Godrej Acquires Pune Land for Rs 42 Billion Project

Godrej Properties Ltd has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in Pune's Kharadi鈥揥agholi corridor to develop a premium housing project with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 42 billion. The company disclosed the acquisition through a regulatory filing on Monday as part of its continued expansion strategy.
The project is expected to offer 3.7 million square feet of developable area, focused mainly on high-end group housing. He added that the company aims to deliver a high-quality development that ensures long-term value for future residents.
