The new SKF Taconite Seal for split block bearing housings provides protection in extremely contaminated and wet environments. It comes with three or four stage labyrinths and an internal V ring for additional sealing effect and efficient grease purging. The SKF Taconite Seal is supplied with a grease fitting for the re-greasing of the labyrinth. This purges the labyrinth of contamination and helps block the entrance of contaminants.
