Koemmerling´s new extrusion facility

profine India recently laid the foundation stone of its new ultra modern state-of-the-art extrusion facility, being developed in about 20,000 sq m at Vadodara, Gujarat. The facility will have a bigger production and ancillary area with advanced extrusion machines and tools from Germany to ensure the quality production and delivery of right profile in the right place at the right time. The investment in the facility was made with an aim to further strengthen the company´s production and service capacity in India.

Its current extrusion plant has a production capacity of 5,000 MT from five extrusion lines and one lamination or foiling line. The company is now geared up for 12 extrusion lines and two lamination or foiling lines in its new facility, which will have a production capacity of 15,000 MT per annum of u-PVC profiles.
