Afcons Infrastructure has received environmental clearance for the Raghavpur Multipurpose Project in Madhya Pradesh鈥檚 Dindori district, awarded by the Narmada Valley Development Authority. The project includes the construction of a dam and a 25 MW powerhouse on the Narmada River, along with a pressurised piped irrigation system to serve 17,587 hectares of farmland.The clearance was granted by the Madhya Pradesh State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), marking a key milestone. The project aims to boost both clean energy and agricultural output by integrating hydropower generation with micro-irrigation systems.Afcons Infrastructure, part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group, will also handle land acquisition and R&R formalities.
