UP Aims to Install 8 Lakh Rooftop Solar Units by March 2027

BHEL, BARC to Develop Indigenous Hydrogen Electrolysers
BHEL has inked a technology transfer agreement with BARC to locally develop alkaline electrolyser systems using BARC鈥檚 Mixed-Matrix Membrane Diaphragm Technology. The collaboration will support domestic manufacturing of cost-effective electrolysers, vital for producing green hydrogen for steel, fertilisers, and transport sectors. Reinforcing its clean energy push, BHEL recently posted a 123 per cent Y-o-Y jump in Q3 FY25 net profit to Rs 1.34 billion, with revenue rising 32 per cent to Rs 72.77 billion.
