Ignite Attachments has broadened its range of offerings by introducing a new line of augers with four different models designed for skid steers and compact track loaders.
According to the company, the augers named 75DDH and 165DDH are equipped with a classic-drive system that delivers effective torque at any RPM and offers convenient maintenance. These models are specifically designed for excavating deep holes in relatively lighter conditions, such as clay, rock, and frozen surfaces. The hydraulic flow capacity of the 75DDH ranges from 8 to 20 gallons per minute, while the 165DDH operates within a hydraulic flow range of 14 to 25 gallons per minute.
For more demanding digging scenarios involving materials like shale, rocky soil, layers of frost, and heavy clay, Ignite suggests considering the 150 PH or 210 PH models. These models incorporate a planetary drive mechanism that optimizes torque and power delivery. The hydraulic flow range for the 150 PH spans from 10 to 20 gallons per minute, and the 210 PH requires a hydraulic flow rate of 15 to 30 gallons per minute.
All four models share a common feature of being capable of digging to a depth of 50 inches using the standard bit. Additionally, operators have the option to attach an extension that allows for digging depths of up to 86 inches.
To ensure the creation of straight and vertical holes even when operating on uneven ground, the augers are designed with a flexible joint connecting the mounting frame and the drive unit.
Matthew Foley, the lead engineer at Ignite Attachments, remarked, "We have simplified the process of excavation. Through our self-balanced alignment feature, customers need not be overly concerned about the positioning of the loader. This innovation enables them to achieve consistently straight holes with every instance of use."
