The construction arm of Larsen Et Toubro has been granted a major order for its Buildings and Factories business from the Odisha government to build clinical blocks Et allied infrastructure for a state-of-the-art hospital in Cuttack.
The EPC project duration is 30 months. The project includes the development of four clinical blocks (B+G+9 floors), including composite structural systems other ancillary buildings with a total built-up area of 3.4 mn sq ft.
The state-of-the-art facility will cover speciality departments like Nephrology, Neurology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology, Hepatology, Hematology, Cardiology, Surgical blocks, Casualty, trauma Et general surgery with a total of 2058 beds.
The scope of work comprises Design and Execution of Architecture, Structure - Composite System, Electrical, VHT, ELV Systems covering data voice, BMS, ACS, CCTV, AV, PMS, NCS, QMS, AMS, Car Park management system, Asset Management system, PHE system, HVAC, FPS covering water curtain system, MGPS, High-velocity water spray Et gas suppression system, LPG, Steam Boilers, Automatic waste Et laundry system, Kitchen Et Laundry Equipment, Medical Pneumatic Tube Systems, Modular integrated OT, Interior Works Et, BMU System, Solar Panels for energy efficiency. The scope additionally comprises the maintenance for five years for VHT, Landscape, FAS, CCTV, ACS, AV Et AMS.
