´Lodha Group wants to develop some outstanding projects and is quite passionate about Mumbai and India. For every project we choose, on an average we turn down 20 projects based on our stringent procedures. Details such as design of the building, height of the ceiling and sizes of windows, etc, are crucial. That said, we were quite confident about our partnership with Lodha.
Anil Hira, Regional Director & Partner, BuroHappold
´We regard Lodha as our No. 1 client. We are working together on the World One project in Mumbai and what distinguishes the group from the rest is the personal involvement that comes from the senior management, especially the chairman. He has immense knowledge about what is happening on the field, learns very quickly and makes adoption of the world ´s best technology in India a reality by actually experiencing it.´
