ATS 亚博体育官网首页kraft, a prominent real estate developer, has successfully sold approximately 400 residential plots for over Rs 12 billion in its latest project, driven by strong consumer demand.
The company is developing 鈥楶rovince D Olympia鈥�, a 63-acre plotted development on the Yamuna Expressway, near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.
The plots were sold in the price range of Rs 20-40 million, with total sales bookings for the first phase amounting to Rs 12 billion. The second phase, featuring approximately 200 plots, will be launched in due course.
Part of a larger 100-acre township, the project dedicates 35% of its area to green spaces. ATS has already completed and delivered a group housing project, 鈥楢TS Allure鈥�, within this township, comprising over 1,100 apartments. Future developments in the township include serviced apartments and a high-street retail project.
