The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is expected to launch a new housing scheme for 23,000 flats in June. The scheme is likely to offer flats for middle-class and low-income groups. The majority of the flats in the new DDA housing scheme will be located near the Narela sub-city. The flats will be sold at a subsidized price and allocated through a computerized draw of lots. The scheme is expected to be launched in June 2023. The DDA is taking steps to improve the saleability of the new flats.
