Kris Gopalkrishnan buys two apartments in Bengaluru at Rs 76 crore

According to the official documents, the co-founder of Infosys, Kris Gopalkrishnan, has bought two apartments for Rs 76 crore in Bengaluru's Koramangala district.

The chairman of Axilor Ventures is now Kris Gopalkrishnan, who invests in startup firms, bought two residential properties in Koramangala 3rd Block. Its neighbouring apartment is Billionaire's Paradise, including residents such as Infosys chairman Nandan Nilekani, founder of Narayana Health, Devi Shetty, and Flipkart's Bansals.

Gopalkrishnan declined comments on the transaction. As per the sources, Gopalkrishnan's SGK Investment Trust purchased a property of 10,162 sq ft from Bikaner House Ltd.

The property's capital value was Rs 39,363 per sq ft, translating into a sale price of Rs 40 crore. It was registered in June this year. The next property worth Rs 36 crore was transacted in April this year. Its seller is Joseph Thomas, which has a 9,600 sq ft.
