Mahindra Lifespaces to redevelop two societies in Lokhandwala under the state鈥檚 cluster development scheme. The project is valued at Rs 12 billion.

The redevelopment site is 15 minutes from the upcoming Versova-Bandra Sealink, enhancing connectivity.
