Primus Senior Living鈥檚 newly launched project, 鈥楶rimus Darpan,鈥� located in South Bengaluru, has sold all 120 senior-friendly luxury flats within two weeks of its debut, fetching over Rs 180 crore. The flats, ranging in price from Rs 1.1 crore to Rs 1.9 crore, reflect the growing demand for independent living options for the elderly. The project, covering 2.05 acres on Kanakapura Road, will be completed by 2027.

Primus Senior Living鈥檚 founder, Adarsh Narahari, noted that the overwhelming demand signifies a shift in how seniors view independent, community-centric living. With plans to deliver over 3,500 homes in cities like Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Kolkata, the company is poised to revolutionize senior living in India, offering spaces that cater to the needs and well-being of older adults.
