Sonu Nigam purchases two offices in Andheri, Mumbai

Sonu Nigam, a playback singer, paid a total of Rs 113.7 million for two commercial offices in Mumbai's Andheri neighborhood, totaling 5,547 square feet.

These offices are a part of the free-sale portion of a redevelopment project being carried out by Saroj Landmark Realty LLP on Veera Desai Road in Andheri (west).

The records retrieved through the real estate data analytics company Propstack indicated that the agreements for both offices were filed on March 15.

The singer has paid consideration of Rs 58.3 million and Rs 55.4 million for these offices, which are located on the ground and first floors of the under-construction structure and span 2,767 sq ft and 2,780 sq ft, respectively.
