TRG Group unveils Rs 400 crore mall in Ghaziabad

TRG Group has conducted the bhoomi pooja for TRG The Mall, a Rs 400 crore commercial development strategically located in Ghaziabad, between Gaur City and Crossing Republik. Touted as a next-gen shopping and lifestyle destination, the project is positioned to become a landmark in NCR鈥檚 retail landscape.

The IGBC-certified green building features 100 per cent paid-up land, multilevel parking, double-height shops, and is tailored for high-end retailing. It will house hypermarkets, anchor stores, restaurants, a multiplex, a gym, and a food court鈥攃reating a vibrant hub for shopping and entertainment.

Construction has begun in phases and is expected to be completed in 30 months. The development reinforces TRG Group鈥檚 vision of building sustainable, customer-centric commercial hubs that cater to India鈥檚 evolving retail and lifestyle demands.
