UPSIDA to e-auction industrial plots in UP on Aug 10

The UP State Industrial Development Authority (UPSIDA) would be conducting another round of e-auction for industrial projects on August 10. It was mentioned that a total of 89 pieces of land for industrial projects, three for group housing society, one for a nursing home, and 10 rented halls in a flatted factory would be available in the e-auction.
The auction process was scheduled to take place through the State Bank of India (SBI) portal starting at 10 am on August 10. The base price for all the properties had already been determined, and the list of participants for the auction had been finalised.
Prior to this upcoming auction, a mega e-auction had been organized by UPSIDA on July 13 for industrial land in various cities, including Lucknow, Kanpur, Prayagraj, Unnao, Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Agra, Bareilly, and Aligarh.
Details of the base prices for the different land and rented halls were also disclosed. For instance, the reserve prices for plots in Saraswati Hitech City in Prayagraj, Trans Ganga City in Unnao, and Group Housing Society in Sumerpur, Jhansi, were revealed to be Rs 120.77 million, Rs 300.82 million, and Rs 50.44 million, respectively.
The e-auction would comprise land of various sizes, such as 12,290 sq m in Saraswati Hitech City and 14,270 sq m in Trans Ganga City. Similarly, a plot of 23,676.20 sq m in Group Housing Society in Sumerpur would also be available for auction.
In addition to the industrial projects, there was also a proposed nursing home in Sandila Housing, Lucknow, with an area of 3,337.1 sq m, which had a reserve price of Rs 100.68 million.
