DLF to Open Largest Mall in Goa, Launch Two Plazas in FY26

DLF will open Goa’s largest shopping mall and two neighbourhood retail plazas in West Delhi and Gurugram during FY2025�26, adding approximately 1.4 Mn square feet of new retail space. According to Pushpa Bector, Senior Executive Director and Business Head at DLF Retail, the expansion reflects the company’s confidence in India’s rising consumption and the strong momentum of organised retail.

The upcoming launches include: � DLF Midtown Plaza in Moti Nagar, West Delhi (0.288 Mn sq ft) � DLF Summit Plaza in Gurugram (0.48 Mn sq ft) � A 0.7 Mn sq ft mall in Goa, expected to open early next year

These properties will feature boutique cinemas, Thrive by DLF wellness centres, co-working spaces, and high-street retail with a mix of global and local brands. The Goa mall will introduce premium retail offerings to a growing and affluent consumer base, tapping into unmet demand. DLF is also developing a 2.5 Mn sq ft mall in Gurugram. DLF currently manages 4.5 Mn sq ft of retail assets under DCCDL, a joint venture with GIC.
