Using a hybrid learning model, Pragati offers classroom sessions, virtual modules, and self-paced learning through E-Pathshaala, a Learning Management System (LMS) designed to promote scalable growth opportunities. It also identifies high-potential external talent for leadership roles and provides upskilling opportunities for existing employees to enhance their capabilities and drive business growth. Additionally, Pragati focuses on local hiring across over 3,500 locations to minimize relocation challenges and ensure seamless integration of talent within local teams. This approach supports Ecom Express’s vision of building a skilled, future-ready workforce capable of delivering operational excellence.
