GNIDA issues 19 tenders worth over Rs 24 cr for development works

On Sunday, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) issued 19 tenders worth Rs 24.84 crore for development and civic works, including roads, drains, and community centres repairing in different sectors and villages of Greater Noida.

Areas where development works are required are near 4, 6 and 10% residential properties in Thapkhera village, roads repairing in A and B blocks of sector 2, community centre repair in sector Sigma 4, repairing of interlocking tiles and CC roads in Roza Jalalpur, Sakipur, Kailashpur and Gulistanpur and 6% of the remaining development works in sectors Omicron 1 and Gamma 1.

Other development works include boundary wall completion of the affordable housing project in sector Mu 2, CC road and drain construction in Malakpur, interlocking tiles in Kanarsa, RCC road drain construction from Gurjarpur to SK road, remaining development work of 6% Abadi plots in Mubarikpur, drain elevation along 60 metres, 45 metres and 30 metres wide road in Techzone 4 and Xu 3 and 24 metres wide road connecting from the dumping ground to Dankaur-Secunderabad road.

A K Arora, General Manager of GNIDA, said that after the tender process, in a month, the work would be completed.
