KRN HVAC Begins Production at New Rajasthan Plant

KRN Heat Exchanger and Refrigeration Limited (BSE: 544263, NSE: KRN) has announced the commencement of commercial production at its new manufacturing facility in Neemrana, Rajasthan. Operated by its wholly owned subsidiary, KRN HVAC Products Pvt. Ltd., the plant began operations on 31 May 2025.

Strategically located at Plot No. SP1-24, RIICO Industrial Area, Kolila Joga, the facility offers strong connectivity to northern India’s industrial hubs and logistics corridors. The new unit is dedicated to the production of heat exchangers and HVAC products, marking a significant capacity expansion in line with the company’s broader growth strategy.

This move is expected to enhance KRN’s manufacturing footprint and allow for improved responsiveness to domestic and global demand. The facility is designed to cater to core sectors including infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, and commercial real estate, while also supporting export-oriented production.

Commenting on the development, Chairman and Managing Director Mr Santosh Kumar stated, “The Neemrana facility is a strategic milestone for KRN HVAC. It will play a vital role in scaling operations, enhancing market presence, and delivering high-efficiency HVAC solutions. This plant represents our commitment to innovation, advanced manufacturing, and customer-centric expansion.�
