NBCC (India) Limited has secured fresh infrastructure orders worth Rs 646.7 Mn, strengthening its position in the educational infrastructure sector. The contracts span three projects across Delhi, Hyderabad and Odisha, awarded by state government departments and educational institutions.
The largest order, valued at Rs 296.5 Mn, involves the construction of a hostel block at Sewa Bharti’s Vidya Mandir in Mandoli, Delhi. Another major project is the infrastructure development at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, worth Rs 180.5 Mn. NBCC expects to maintain a stable earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation margin of 5.5 to 6 per cent for FY25, as stated by Chairman and Managing Director K P Mahadevaswamy.
