Omaxe to Invest Rs 28 Bn in Real Estate under New Brand BeTogether

Realty firm Omaxe Group announced its plan to invest Rs 28 billion in developing projects under its newly launched brand, BeTogether. According to a regulatory filing, the brand aims to reshape urban and economic development through collaborative real estate initiatives.

BeTogether will focus on joint ventures, collaborations, and developments through the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. Its current project portfolio includes the joint venture initiative, BeTogether Centre Point Vrindavan. Additionally, the brand is collaborating with the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC) on multiple PPP projects to upgrade bus terminals in key cities such as Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Kaushambi, Ayodhya, Amausi, and Prayagraj.

With 37 years of experience, Omaxe has expanded its presence across 31 cities in eight states of North and Central India, delivering more than 1,350 square feet of developed area.
