Reliance Infra Posts Rs 4.94 Billion FY25 Net Profit

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd announced audited results for FY25, reporting a consolidated profit after tax of Rs 4.94 billion compared to a Rs 1.61 billion loss in FY24.

Consolidated operating income grew seven per cent year-on-year to Rs 235.92 billion. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation rose 154 per cent to Rs 122.88 billion. Net worth increased by Rs 58.59 billion to Rs 142.87 billion, a 70 per cent rise.

Quarter-on-quarter, adjusted Q4 EBITDA rose over eightfold to Rs 88.76 billion. Q4 net profit stood at Rs 43.87 billion, reversing a Rs 32.98 billion loss in the previous quarter. External net debt-to-equity ratio improved to 0.28x from 0.78x a year ago. Standalone net debt from banks and financial institutions is now zero.

Operationally, over forty-four thousand new connections were added by Delhi Discoms, with transmission losses reduced below seven per cent. Mumbai Metro One saw weekday ridership cross five hundred thousand and achieved 99.99 per cent availability.
