Rodic Consultants, a leading engineering and infrastructure consulting firm, celebrated its 25th Foundation Day with vibrant festivities across all project sites, regional offices, and headquarters. The event highlighted the company’s journey of innovation, resilience, and growth over the last two and a half decades.

A key highlight was the launch of Rodic Digital, a dedicated digital solutions arm aimed at transforming infrastructure execution. Integrating AI-powered monitoring, predictive analytics, and SaaS-enabled platforms, Rodic Digital promises to enhance real-time, data-driven decision-making and deliver infrastructure faster, smarter, and with measurable outcomes.

Chairman and Managing Director Mr Raj Kumar stated, “Digital transformation is about staying ahead, not following trends. Rodic Digital embeds intelligence, precision, and agility into our projects—converting vision into impactful outcomes.

The celebrations also marked the debut of Rodic Raxidi Coffee Estate in Sakleshpur, Karnataka—one of India's oldest heritage coffee plantations. The estate reflects Rodic’s ethos of purpose, legacy, and connection to nature, envisioned as a tranquil retreat grounded in vision and excellence.

Another special moment was the unveiling of ‘Echoes of Rodic, a commemorative coffee table book celebrating the contributions of employees who have shaped the company’s journey. Senior-most team members led the ceremonial cake-cutting, underscoring the human spirit behind Rodic’s technological evolution.

Festivities included inspirational addresses by leadership, cultural performances by employees, and a Rewards and Recognition Ceremony, featuring accolades like the Chairman’s Award and Sports Star Awards, honouring exceptional commitment and talent across the organisation.

Rodic’s 25th anniversary was not only a celebration of past milestones but also a bold step towards a digitally empowered future, underpinned by the people and values that define its foundation.
