TCS Teams Up with Jazeera Airways for AI-Powered Transformation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a partnership with Kuwait's Jazeera Airways to drive an AI-led transformation aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.

The collaboration seeks to modernize Jazeera Airways' digital platforms, such as its website and mobile apps, while introducing an AI-powered chatbot to elevate the customer experience.

As part of the initiative, TCS will leverage its expertise in artificial intelligence, platform engineering, and user experience design to craft a seamless, hyper-personalized journey for travellers.

TCS stated that by utilizing its capabilities in agentic AI and platform engineering, Jazeera Airways intends to unlock new revenue streams, enhance its digital channels, and provide hyper-personalized customer experiences, positioning the airline at the forefront of innovation and customer-centric transformation in the aviation sector.

Barathan Pasupathi, the airline's CEO, highlighted that the partnership with TCS marks the beginning of a new era focused on seamless, customer-centric travel.

Since its founding in 2004 as the Middle East's first private airline, Jazeera Airways has served more than 5 million passengers and operates flights to over 60 destinations across the Middle East, South Asia, and Europe.
