TCS to Lead DNA’s Cloud Shift With Five-Year Partnership

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered a five-year agreement with Finnish telecom firm DNA to migrate up to 80 per cent of its enterprise applications to the public cloud by 2030. This collaboration builds on a 17-year partnership and aims to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and cost optimisation.

As part of the deal, TCS will use its Cloud Counsel and Migration Factory tools on Google Cloud. Over the next twenty-four months, more than one hundred applications will move to the cloud. A dedicated Cloud Migration Factory will be set up at TCS’s Portugal delivery centre to manage this at scale.

DNA, with 3.7 million subscriptions, is part of the Telenor Group. The cloud initiative will support DNA’s AI services and data strategy. TCS will bring industry expertise and a tailored operating model to ensure streamlined migration and modernisation.

This deal reinforces TCS’s role as a key player in Nordic digital transformation. With over twenty thousand employees in the region and fifteen consecutive years of top customer satisfaction rankings, TCS is set to further accelerate innovation and growth in Finland’s telecom sector.
