In a transformative development set to reshape Greater Noida, the forthcoming Noida International Airport is poised to trigger an unprecedented population surge, propelling the region's residents to over three times their current number, reaching a staggering 40 lakh residents within the next 15 years.

This remarkable population growth serves as a pivotal component of the 2041 master plan, strategically positioning Greater Noida as the primary destination for travelers utilizing the Noida International Airport, including cargo operations. This visionary move aims to elevate Greater Noida into a highly sought-after investment hub. Authorities have emphasized Greater Noida's readiness for development compared to areas under the jurisdiction of the Yamuna Expressway Authority, which may require additional time to mature. Greater Noida boasts available land and exceptional connectivity to Delhi and other regions within the National Capital Region (NCR).

The recently unveiled draft master plan lays out a comprehensive vision for development, earmarking a sprawling 674-hectare land parcel south of Greater Noida for a vibrant hospitality sector, recreational facilities, and various commercial ventures. A significant 130-meter wide road will link this area to the Yamuna Expressway, serving as a crucial conduit to the Noida International Airport.
