CORRIGENDUM to extend bid submission for Tharad Ahmedabad Expressway

National highway authority of India has published CORRIGENDUM NOTICE for due date extension of bid submission, RFP for Construction of Six lane access controlled Expressway from Km 127.000 to Km 173.500(Udalpur to Giyod of Tharad Ahmedabad Expressway Design length 46.5 kms) under Bharatmala Pariyojana in Gujarat (Package IV) on Hybrid Annuity Mode through Public Private Partnership (the 鈥淧PP鈥�) on basis, and has decided to carry out the bidding process for selection of a private entity as the Bidder to whom the Project may be awarded.

The scope of work will broadly include rehabilitation, upgradation and widening of the existing carriageway to four lane standards with construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and/ or rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, etc.

The project highway is a Greenfield alignment passing through Udalpur, Kherva, Dharusana, Mulsan, Meau, Langhnaj, Charadu & Saldi, Khata Amba, Veda Himmatpura, Jamla, Pujapura, Dhendu Sobhasan, Nadri, Balva, Piplaj, Dholarana Vasna, Challa & Giyod in Mahesan & Gandhinagar District of Gujarat.

Prior to or along with the Bid, the Bidder shall pay to the Authority a sum of Rs. 1,70,000/- (Rupees one lakh Seventy thousand only) as the cost of the RFP process transmitted online to NHAI.

A brief description of the Project may be seen in the Information Memorandum of the Project at the Authority鈥檚 website .

Bid submission end date is extended to 5.06.2023 from its initial deadline of May 30, 2023.

The tender seeks civil works of Rs 16,60,55,00,000 to be completed in 6392 days. As per the tender, the bid validity will be 120 days, and it will be an open bidding process. The bid submission period began on October 15, 2022 and will end on June 5, 2023.
