Cube InvIT declares Rs 2 DPU for Q2, distributes Rs 2.58 bn

Cube Highways Trust (Cube InvIT), managed by Cube Highways Fund Advisors, announced a Distribution Per Unit (DPU) of Rs 2 for ordinary unit holders in the September quarter.

For the April-September period, Cube InvIT reported a total consolidated income of Rs 15.15 billion, with a consolidated Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation (EBITDA) of Rs 9.18 billion.

Pankaj Vasani, the CFO of Cube InvIT group, expressed satisfaction with the ongoing positive momentum, stating, "We are pleased that the positive momentum continues and Q2 distribution is on track."

According to the provided statement, Cube InvIT issued a total of 129,03,46,112 ordinary units, leading to a distribution amount of Rs 2.58 billion to be distributed among ordinary unit holders.
