M3M intends Rs 18 billion realty projects on Dwarka e-way

M3M, a real estate development company, plans to invest Rs 18 billion in the construction of multiple projects on the Dwarka Expressway, including luxury residential and retail, with a revenue potential of Rs 61 billion.

The company has begun utilising large land parcels on Dwarka Expressway as part of Smart City Delhi Airport by launching a number of residential and commercial projects in Gurugram. According to Pankaj Bansal, Director, the Dwarka Expressway will change the equations of realty demand in Gurugram. As a result, the company is launching several projects, including a 3.5 million square feet saleable luxury-residential venture and a million square feet saleable state-of-the-art a km long frontage retail project.

Their residential project M3M Capital and retail project M3M Capitalwalk are both part of the Smart City Delhi Airport, which spans 25 acre and is located in Gurugram's sector 113. The M3M Capital residential project includes thirteen golf-styled luxury towers with 1700 units ranging from 2.5 BHK to 4.5 BHK, and the company is also aggressive on retail projects on Gurugram's Golfcourse Extension Road.
