OMODA & JAECOO Partner with IMC to Enhance Roadside Assistance in UAE

OMODA & JAECOO have partnered with the International Motoring Club (IMC) to introduce 24/7 AI-powered roadside assistance across the UAE. The initiative ensures real-time support, digital service updates, and a dedicated assistance network for an enhanced ownership experience.

The program provides immediate assistance for breakdowns, flat tires, battery failures, and fuel shortages, with VIP customers enjoying priority roadside support and service pick-up/drop-off. A smart roadside assistance system enables customers to request services via a mobile app, track real-time updates, and monitor service progress for enhanced efficiency and transparency.
