PNC Infratech branch announces scheduled date for roadway project

According to PNC Infratech, the National Highways Authority of India's (NHAI) Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) project has been assigned a date of December 28, 2022, for completion. As part of the Bharatmala Pariyojna, the project entails building a six lane, access-controlled Greenfield Highway from 26,000 km to 97,000 km, MH/KN border (Badadal) to Maradgi S Andola (Package-Il of Akkalkot to KN/TS border section) on HAM basis. The project鈥檚 construction time is 912 days from the scheduled start date, and the concession period, which includes the construction phase, is 17.5 years.

PNC Infratech is working to improve India鈥檚 infrastructure by building motorways, bridges, flyovers, airport runways, BOT (built, operate, and transfer) projects, and HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model), among other things. The company鈥檚 overall net profit decreased slightly from Q2 FY22 to Q2 FY23, from INR 132.47 crore to INR 132.12 crore. In the second quarter of FY23, net sales slightly decreased to INR 1795.07 crore from INR 1797.69 crore.
