Vazhimukku-Kaliyikkavila road gets million for development

As part of the second phase of the Karamana-Kaliyikkavila road development project, the state government has granted an administrative sanction of $2,000,000,000 for the development of the Vazhimukku-Kaliyikkavila stretch.

The Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB) will provide the fund, which will be utilised for the land purchase. On Saturday, a government directive was issued in this regard.

The development work on the Karamana-Kaliyikkavila route up to Kodinada, according to a statement from Public Works Minister P A Mohamed Riyas, has already been finished.
