RVNL Secures Rs 1.56 Bn EPC Contract for South Western Railway

The contract involves the establishment of Transmission Substations (TSS), Switching Posts (SPs), and Sectioning and Paralleling Posts (SSPs), along with electrical general services, engineering, and telecommunication works. The total project covers approximately 99.463 Route Kilometers (RKM) and 114.145 Track Kilometers (TKM).

Classified as a domestic project under SEBI regulations, the initiative is expected to be completed within 18 months. The estimated cost for the project stands at Rs 1.56 billion.

Rail Vikas Nigam (RVNL) secured the contract through the standard bidding process. The awarding of this contract does not involve any promoter group companies, and it does not fall under related party transactions.
