Cals Refineries to purchase refinery equipment

Cals Refineries has entered into several agreements to purchase the Cenco and Atas refinery equipment, on a refurbished basis, from certain affiliates of Hardt GroupGmbH (Hardt). The refinery equipment is currently located in the US and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Hardt will procure the equipment and get it refurbished before it is delivered to the company. The transaction is subject to regulatory and other customary closing conditions.

Dassault To Build Falcon Jets In India With Reliance
