Suraksha Smart City Leads MMR Sales for 10th Straight Quarter

Suraksha Smart City has been named the most preferred project in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for ten consecutive quarters, from October 2022 to March 2025, based on Inspector General of Registration (IGR) data. According to reports by IndexTap and Squareyards, it was the top-selling project by number of transactions. 

In Q1 FY25 alone, the township sold 563 units valued at Rs 1.27 billion. Spanning 362 acres near Vasai railway station, the township is designed to accommodate up to 76,000 homes and currently offers one-bedroom residences aimed at first-time buyers. 

Built using advanced precast technology, the development features one of Asia鈥檚 largest captive precast factories over 16 acres, enabling faster and higher-quality construction. 

Residents benefit from over 100 lifestyle amenities including sports facilities, green spaces, and educational, healthcare, and retail infrastructure. The township鈥檚 location and planning reflect a future-ready urban lifestyle.
