The Prayagraj Nagar Nigam (PNN) has deployed state-of-the-art hi-tech machines in collaboration with a private firm to help clean the city better. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Lions Services Limited, Sunil Singh has been roped in by the PNN to carry out the work. said that the high-tech machines are cleaning parks, community toilets, and other public spaces throughout the city. High-pressure washing, foam cleaning, splash-free cleaning, high-pressure cleaning of choked pipes and drains, and drain cleaning using an Italian machine called Dulevo, which is a patented technology, are all used in the cleaning. Singh said that not only will the machine cleaning save time, but it will also save manpower. Stains in toilets and other places will be easily removed thanks to the powerful rotary jet machine. Furthermore, household garbage will be collected separately as dry and wet waste. Citizens are also being educated on how to properly segregate waste to properly implement this. Many projects are being run under the Smart City initiative in the state under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Singh continued. The PNN is waging a full-fledged cleanliness campaign, and Lions Services Limited's use of high-tech machines will help the campaign gain traction. An official of PNN said that many public toilets have already been cleaned with these machines, and all of the city's toilets will be subject to mechanised cleaning soon. Toilets are being thoroughly cleaned daily as part of this project, using well-equipped technology-based vehicles, resulting in a significant improvement in the sanitary condition of these toilets in a relatively short period.
