A one-stop construction solution, ATLAS offers a wide variety of construction machinery.
ATLAS is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, marketing and servicing of a complete line of drum mix plants (25 to 150 tph), wet mix plants (100-250 tph), bitumen sprayers (4 tonne to 12 tonne), mini concrete batching plants (8 cu m/hr to 15 cu m/hr), stationary concrete batching plants (30 cu m/hr to 120 cu m/hr) and mobile concrete batching plants (20 cu m/hr to 30 cu m/hr), vacuum de watering systems, curb cutters, mechanical brooms, hydraulic brooms, concrete mixers and chip spreaders. Its RM series of concrete mixers have technical advantage over other mixers offered in the market today.
ATLAS has developed a new design of mobile concrete batching plant, which boasts provision for king pin attachment, trailer attachment, optional pneumatic braking system, inbuilt control panel and cabin. This plant comes with a standard twin shaft mixer at height so that the mixed concrete can be directly discharged into the truck. The plant is built on a single chassis and comes with a single conveyor for weighing and transferring of aggregates. This translates into lesser maintenance of conveyors.
The vacuum dewatering systems consist of double beam screed vibrator, floater cum trowel, vacuum pump and groove cutting machine. Double beam screed vibrator spreads the concrete, while minimising air bubbles entrapment. Vacuum pump is used to suck all the air, which may have gotten entrapped during the laying of concrete. It also allows cement to rise to the upper layers of the floor.
Apart from concrete products, ATLAS has installed and exported various capacities of mobile and stationary asphalt drum mix plants and stationary wet mix plants. It also manufactures bitumen sprayers in capacities of 4 tonne to 12 tonne, which can be fitted with suitable truck chassis.
