Aarya Precast was founded in 2012 with a mission to provide three attributes, namely time, cost and quality in favour of the customer. 'With more than five years of experience into building component manufacturing, we are constantly improving, investing each day in R&D to develop the latest technology modular building systems,' says Nikunj Dave, Managing Director, Aarya Precast. We are working with Advanced construction materials like composite concrete, GRC, SFRC, pervious concrete, etc.
Composite concrete
Composite concrete is an engineered material developed to solve many problems like abrasions, lifespan, staining, flexural strength. The firm has developed composite concrete recipe for a few customised products like concrete furniture, 3D wall facade, concrete art, etc.

It is exploring more about composite concrete.

GRC
GRC or GFRC (glass-fiber reinforced concrete) is a unique and the most advanced construction material. It is the best known most durable building cladding material in the world. Industry leaders around the globe are still exploring the potential of GRC.
Aarya Precast sees extreme possibilities of GRC and is exploring product ranges that can be developed using GRC.

SFRC
SFRC (steel fiber reinforced concrete) is a special concrete for utility products like foundation, chambers, manhole cover, etc. Steel fiber is used as secondary reinforcing material to improve impact resistance and durability.

Pervious concrete
Aarya Precast has developed a few formulations to allow water pass through concrete volume. Pervious concrete solves the unique problem of society. It is widely used in parking and rainwater drain systems to allow water runoff.

Ingredients of special concrete: Basic ingredients of special concrete are superfine cement, pigment, silica, copolymer, plasticiser, densification agent, special additives, water and fiber.

Fiber type and length is important to manipulate flexural strength of final finished product.

Recipe of special concrete: The recipe of concrete is designed carefully, keeping in mind the 'product' and its functionality.

AR fiber: The firm uses alkali-resistant fiber for making special concrete recipe. AR fiber ensures long service life of the product.

People-oriented organisation: The team has acquired enough knowledge to solve problems by providing customised solutions to every case. The firm provides complete solutions to customised concrete articles.

Wide product range Aarya Precast has developed and supplied more than 1,000 customised concrete articles since 2012. 'You just name it and we will make it in concrete,' says Haresh Dave, Founder and Director.
