Knight Frank has .aunÂched its first investment advisory report identifying the top residentia. destinations in the country. The report addresses the investment needs of the homebuyers over the next five years. It unrave.s destinations such as Ulwe in Mumbai as the most promising investment destination with an estimaÂ- ted price appreciation of 145 per cent. The following 13 destina- tions have been identified as growth areas: Ulwe, Wadala, Chembur (Mumbai); Noida Extension, Dwarka Expressway (Delhi-NCR); Hinjewadi, Tathawade, Ravet, Wakad (Pune); Hebba., KR Puram (Benga.uru) and Pa..ikarnai (Chennai).
