Power Department Sikkim invites online Bids for Development of Distribution Infrastructure Work (11 KV DOWNSTREAM CONNECTIVITY WORKS) at GANGTOK, PAKYONG & NAMCHI districts of SIKKIM State under Revamped Reforms-based and Results-linked, Distribution Sector Scheme On behalf of Power Department Sikkim.

Brief description of scope of work:
The scope of work under the subject package includes site survey, planning, design, engineering, assembly manufacturing, testing, supply, loading, transportation, unloading, insurance, delivery at site, handling, storage, installation, testing, commissioning and documentation of all items/material, required to complete the following works in GANGTOK, PAKYONG & NAMCHI district of Sikkim which inter-alia include :
Loss Reduction:
11 KV Downstream connectivity at Gangtok, Pakyong & Namchi:
i. New 11 KV Line with DOG conductor
ii. New 11 KV Line with UG Cable
iii. New DTR work (63,100,200,315 kVA)
iv. LT Line Extension ( 3Phase, 5wire)
v. v) LT OH Line Conversion to LT ABC
The tender seeks electrical works worth Rs 26,47,00,000 crore to be completed in 730 days. As per the tender, the bid validity will be 180 days, and it will be an open bidding process. The bid submission period began on May 3, 2023 and will end on May 11, 2023.
