A performance security deposit of 10% of the contract value will also be required. Scope of Work: The consultancy firm will conduct site surveys, prepare detailed project reports (DPRs), and provide technical specifications for the rooftop solar installations. The firm will also assist in obtaining necessary approvals and clearances from relevant authorities. Project Allocation: Sites will be allocated to the consultancy firm in phases. Initially, 30 sites will be provided for evaluation, with additional sites assigned based on performance. Penalty Clause: In case of delays, the consultancy firm will be subject to liquidated damages at a rate of 0.5% of the contract value per week of delay, up to a maximum of 10%. Project Timeline: The consultancy firm is expected to complete the feasibility studies and DPRs within 20 days of receiving site allocations. The overall project completion timeline is set for November 2024. Performance Criteria: The consultancy firm must ensure that the rooftop solar systems are designed for optimal performance and adherence to net metering regulations.
