Rays Power Experts, a prominent EPC and solar project infrastructure provider, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Rajasthan government to invest Rs 500 crore or $67.2 million in the state. The company will construct a 120 MW solar park in the Bikaner area as part of the MoU. The solar park will supply captive solar installations with plug-and-play infrastructure. Nidhi Gupta, director at Rays Power Experts, told the media that the first phase of 50 MW of the projected 120 MW capacity is expected to be operational by March, with the rest of the capacity expected to be operational by December. Rays Experts has completed over 700 MW of solar projects in Rajasthan for over 200 customers, the majority of whom are in the commercial and industrial sectors. In India, the company has built over ten solar parks and completed rooftop solar projects for over 10,000 houses, in addition to C and I installations around the country.
