Tata Power reaches 1,000 EV charging station milestone in India

Tata Power now has a network of over 1,000 electric vehicles (EV) charging stations in India.
Tata Power told the media that this network of 1,000 public charging stations provides innovative and seamless EV charging experiences for its customers across offices, malls, hotels, retail outlets, and public access points, enabling clean mobility.
Additionally, there are nearly 10,000 home EV charging points, making EV charging extremely convenient for vehicle owners, according to the company.
The Tata Power EZ Chargers ecosystem includes public, captive, bus or fleet, and home chargers across the entire value chain.
Tata Power EV charging stations have now been installed in nearly 180 cities since the first ones were installed in Mumbai.
The company plans to build a network of 10,000 charging stations across the country, as well as turn entire highway stretches into e-highways.
