Welspun New Energy's CEO and Executive Director is Kapil Maheshwari

Kapil Maheshwari has been announced as the Executive Director and CEO of Welspun New Energy, a wholly owned subsidiary of Welspun Enterprises.

He has more than 20 years of experience in India, the US, the MEA, Germany, and SEA in the fields of solar photovoltaics, storage technologies, power electronics, and green hydrogen. He has an Executive MBA in General Management from IIM Bangalore and an M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Bombay. He was previously a member of Reliance Industries before joining Welspun.

Welspun Enterprises aims to be a renewable supplier globally in the next years with a global focus shifting towards renewable energy and green hydrogen and moving away from fossil to other natural resources.
