The road sub-contractor Gian Singh, a renowned customer of MB Crusher, was undertaking a road construction and modernisation project and was searching for a mobile crusher equipment which could satisfy their GSB/WMM requirements directly at site. They were facing the following challenges, such as high transportation cost, inconsistent supply and non-uniform size of the materials. They realised that installing a static crusher closer to the site was impractical due to land constraints, exponentially higher capex and operational costs, hence, they started to look for mobile crushing plants that could be deployed and be mobile directly at site. MB explained how they could easily turn their excavator into a mobile crushing plant. Having its 鈥榟anging crushing solution鈥 applied directly on their existing JCB excavator would enable them to become independent directly at site for all GSB requirements. The client was undertaking a road modernisation project in the northern mountainous region of the country and to meet their raw material requirements, they were purchasing GSB from a static crusher site which was located almost 100 km away from the project site. Owing to this, they were incurring multiple inefficiencies. After carefully going through the owning and operating cost sheet and working videos of MB鈥檚 market leading installed base in the Indian market, the sub-contractor was convinced that the bucket crusher BF70.2 was the ideal solution which will help them to meet their project requirements. Suitable for all brands of excavators from 15 to 25 tons, this crusher bucket is versatile, light and yet very productive. After successful installation and regular operation, they were able to easily meet their requirements and completed the project. MB has a range of crushing equipment suitable for all excavator models and ranges. With MB crushers, excavators鈥 utility is enhanced and can be used for the following applications: demolition, aggregate recycling, excavations, pipelines, and road work in urban and suburban areas. The output setting can be adjusted as per client and project requirements.
