Construction of a new railway bridge adjacent to the historic Lohapul bridge in Nagpur is currently underway to support the expanding third and fourth rail lines between Nagpur and Wardha. In a major infrastructure upgrade for Bihar, the Ministry of Railways has approved the construction of 223 Road Over Bridges (ROBs) across the state to replace existing railway level crossings.
