WeWork India Expands With New Centres in Pune, Chennai

Workspace solutions provider WeWork India has announced the leasing of two new centres: WeWork EON Free Zone in Pune and WeWork Ramanujan Intellion Park in Chennai. Together, the new locations will add 200,000 square feet of flexible workspace to its portfolio and are scheduled to open in the second half of FY25.
This move marks WeWork India’s third centre in Chennai, situated at the beginning of Old Mahabalipuram Road within the Littlewood Tower at Ramanujan Intellion Park. Spanning 150,000 square feet across three floors, the fully customised centre will offer 2,400 desks to accommodate enterprises and startups.
In Pune, the EON Free Zone in Kharadi becomes WeWork’s seventh operational centre in the city. Covering 60,000 square feet over two floors, it will feature 1,000 desks for professionals in one of Pune’s prime IT and business corridors.
