Hangcha Group, a high-tech enterprise, has launched the new XH series of 2.0t to 3.5t high voltage electric forklift trucks with lithium-ion batteries.
As an IC truck, it provides great performance such as productivity, efficiency, reduced noise level, zero emissions, and low cost of ownership.
Kelly Xu, marketing manager of Hangcha, said that the launching of the new truck series provides a demanding industrial application, an alternative for IC trucks. It can provide great efficiency and productivity for an IC truck that is free from emissions.
These trucks are designed in a way to handle heavy-duty industries like bricks, blocks, metals, etc., and energy industries appreciate it for its top speeds of up to 21 km per hour, which is perfect for long-time working sites and long drive distances.
Additionally, the water-cooled system in the truck will cool the electric controller and motor, which will keep it in a decent heat balance even after a long time.
As per the working conditions, these trucks are integrated with high voltage lithium batteries, which can be fully charged within one hour and perform up to 12 hours. Furthermore, with a rapid charging facility, these can be charged during regular work breaks, which will run for the entire day with no extra battery exchange. It has the technology of permanent magnet synchronization, by which the truck can save no less than 20% energy.
Since safety is the priority for indoor and outdoor applications, the trucks are specially designed with electrical high voltage interlock, insulation monitor, and automatic deceleration to ensure safety and reliability.
The trucks have IPX4 water resistance technology, and an IP67 protection rate technology for the main components enables the trucks to work efficiently outdoors.
