CIDCO starts plot geo-tagging under plot sale schemes

The City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has started geo-tagging of plots under several of its plot sale schemes to help the applicants easily get the exact location of the desired plot.

CIDCO has also taken steps to extend the deadline of paying instalments for those deserving applicants who cannot pay the first and second instalments on time.

Under the plot schemes of CIDCO, it has been selling residential and residential-cum-commercial plots. All plots in these schemes will be demarcated and fenced.

CIDCO will also install a panel to display the details of each plot. It will enable the applicants to get the exact location and boundary of their desired plot. It has also planned to extend the deadline of the first instalment to three months and for the second instalment to 10 months, in deserving cases. The extension will only apply to the eligible applicants, along with delayed payment charges.
